New Feature: Card Tagging

Huge thanks to @komfyrion for his work on this, we now have a plugin that will tag card names and provide a preview/link to cardvault. name needs to match exactly (Fyendal's Spring Tunic, not Fyendals Spring Tunic or fyendal's spring tunic) but otherwise should add context to any card discussions

Doesn't take effect when posting, but when the page loads it'll add the links on found card names

I just published a new version of the package, extensively rewritten (now running server side and unit tested). Should improve the reliability quite a bit!
